How does a project start?
With a scoping session: we look at the real process, the data you have and the systems already in use, then agree on scope, the outcome to reach and the owner on your side.
How is a project priced?
By scope: the number of workflows, how many systems must be connected, and the level of operations support you need. After scoping, you receive a proposal with scope, stages and cost per stage.
What is handed over at the end?
Source code, infrastructure configuration, operations documentation, team training and admin access. The system runs on infrastructure you control.
Who owns the software and the data?
Your organization does, as stated in the agreement for each project.
Is there support after launch?
Yes. Operations support, incident handling and further releases are written into the proposal stage by stage.
